We're in a great position to be encouraging preventative health! 150mins per week, or 22mins per day of moderate intensity exercise is all that is required.

The causes of Obesity Include:-
Heredity – Genes may increase vulnerability to obesity
Metabolic Factors- These factors are related to the breakdown and absorption of food. Due to disruption in the various enzymatic actions, it may lead to Obesity.

Endocrinological factors – This is a rare occurrence and contributes to less than 1% of all weight gain in the world.
Hypothyroidism -. Hypogonadism in men and Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome in women are closely associated with obesity
Medication
